Terms
Version date 25 October 2026
Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and the operators of the Perzonax app, Dominik Halamka and Martin Jelínek (“Perzonax”, “we”, “us”). They cover the app, the website, accounts, exercises, guides, and the automated assistant.
By creating an account, or by tapping accept, you agree to this version (25 October 2026). If you do not agree, do not use Perzonax.
What Perzonax is
Perzonax is a self-guided personal practice app. You set a goal, read guides, and do exercises, including imagined scenes such as an ideal place and ideal parents. An automated assistant talks with you and shapes some of those exercises from what you tell it.
Perzonax is not a medical device. It does not provide therapy, counselling, psychiatry, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Using it does not create a clinician–patient relationship, a duty of care, or any other professional relationship.
Ideal-parent and similar exercises are fictional visualizations for your own practice. They are not a clinical protocol, and they are not a statement about your real family.
Emergencies
Perzonax does not watch you in real time and cannot tell when you are in danger. If you may hurt yourself or someone else, or you need urgent help, leave the app and contact local emergency services or a crisis line. The Help page lists some independent lines.
Do not use the assistant as your way of asking for emergency help.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old. You confirm that you are using the app for yourself, and not for a child or on a child’s behalf.
You are responsible for your login. Tell us if you believe someone else is using your account. You can export your data or delete the account from settings.
The practice can be emotionally strong
These exercises ask you to imagine care, safety, and relationships. That can bring up distress, memories, or strong feeling. You choose each exercise, and you can stop at any time.
You are responsible for deciding whether a practice is suitable for you, and for getting help from a qualified person when you need it. Perzonax does not promise any personal result.
The assistant is software
Replies are generated by software. They can be wrong, incomplete, repetitive, or a poor fit for you. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice.
You decide what to do with a reply. Do not rely on the assistant for a decision about your health, your safety, or anyone else’s safety.
Replies and spoken audio are generated by OpenAI. Messages you send, and the text of what you say by voice, are sent to OpenAI for that purpose; speech is turned into text by your device or browser (Apple, Google, or the browser maker). This processing is required for the chat to work, and you are asked to agree to it separately. What we store is described in the Privacy notice.
Your content
You keep ownership of the text, speech, and other material you submit. You give Perzonax permission to host, store, transcribe, and process that material for as long as we need it to run your account, reply, continue your practice, and keep the service secure.
You confirm that you have the right to submit what you submit, and that it does not include another person’s private information unless you have their permission.
Plans and payment
Some features may require a paid plan. The price and billing period are shown before you pay. Payment is handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
A paid plan continues until you cancel it in the billing portal or the store where you subscribed. Deleting the app, or deleting your account, does not by itself cancel a charge that the payment provider is already set to take. Fees already paid are handled under the consumer rules that apply to you, including any withdrawal right that those rules give you.
Acceptable use
You will not misuse the service. That includes trying to break, probe, or overload it; taking other people’s accounts or data; using it to harm someone; submitting unlawful material; or copying the exercises, guides, or assistant to build a competing service.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe is being misused.
Our material
The app, its design, guides, exercises, and other material we provide belong to Perzonax or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use them while these terms allow you to use the app. You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute that material.
Changes and availability
We can change, limit, or stop features, and we can update these terms. If a change affects your rights or what you are agreeing to, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue. The version and the time of your acceptance are stored on your account.
The service is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or kept available for any particular time.
Responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by the law that applies to you, Perzonax is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for distress, decisions, or outcomes that come from the exercises, the guides, or the assistant.
Where a complete exclusion is not allowed, our total liability for claims arising out of the app in a three-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for Perzonax in those three months. If you paid nothing, that limit is zero.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such an exclusion is prohibited, and liability for fraud.
If someone else brings a claim against us because of material you submitted, or because of the way you used the app, you will cover the reasonable cost of that claim, except to the extent it was caused by our own legal fault.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, aside from conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live, and you may use the courts that those protections give you.
If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
